Terms of Use

1. The service

Kustomize Helper lets you build a kustomization.yaml, inspect and validate Kubernetes manifests, and generate base/overlay folder structures. All parsing, building, inspection, and export happen entirely in your browser. The service has no backend that receives your YAML content, no database that stores it, and no connection to any Kubernetes cluster.

2. Acceptable use

• You may use Kustomize Helper to build, inspect, and organize Kubernetes manifests that you have the right to process.
• You may not use the service to process content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the server’s jurisdiction, including but not limited to content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy laws, or facilitates harm.
• You may not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or the infrastructure that hosts it.
• You are responsible for reviewing any generated YAML before applying it to a cluster. Kustomize Helper does not run kubectl and does not connect to any cluster on your behalf.

3. Generated output

Kustomize Helper generates output YAML from the data you provide in your browser. Generated manifests can include image references, patches, and configuration that affect cluster behavior when applied. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing in a non-production environment, and backing up data before applying any generated manifest. Kustomize Helper does not warrant that generated output will be valid, correct, or safe for every cluster or environment.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure in all circumstances.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebF1 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service. Because the service is provided at no cost, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (i.e. zero).

6. Data handling

Kustomize Helper does not upload or store your imported YAML. Manifest data is processed in-memory in your browser and is not written to local storage by default. We do not require accounts and do not collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
